At Three Years Old

Lauren, these are things you're up to at three years old:
You like to do "arts & crafts"--and that's how you refer to them.
You cut "L" shapes out of paper.
You say they are "L's" because they look like boots.
You can draw a great snowman, among other things.
You enjoy play-doh, you're very creative.
You love to help in the kitchen...cooking, dishes, you name it.
You were found thoroughly enjoying a cooking show recently.
You like to help with just about anything around the house.
Your exception to that rule--picking up your own toys.
You use excuses like you're "too tired", "too busy" or "too shy".
You have princess dress-up time everyday, sometimes ALL day.
You're an actress, a dancer, and a singer.
You play doctor, vet, pizza maker, and McDonald's worker.
You talk about your friends at school, and things they like.
You love your teachers, Mrs. Follet and Mrs. Powell.
You go to dance class--you're on your own now girl!
You can put an entire outfit on all by yourself.
You're wearing big girl panties more and more.
You aced our outing in them the other day.
You even planned ahead to bring your potty seat with us!
Your favorite meal is still PB&J.
You also love spaghetti, meatloaf, chicken nuggets, and pizza.
Your favorite shows are Calliou and The Goodnight Show.
Your top movies are Enchanted, Anastasia, & Dolphin Tale.
You pray with us every day and every night.
You're so caring and aware of the people around you.
You worry about other children if they're crying.
You ask how people are feeling every day if they're sick.
You smile and tell me to "be happy" if you think I'm upset.
You hug and kiss everyone when parting ways.
You hug us and tell us "I love you very much".
You are loved very much, Lauren Leigh.
